All patches are embroidered on a twill backing. Our embroidered patches are manufactured in virtually any shape and size to our customers design and color specifications. We manufacture for fire, police, association and clubs. They can be iron on patches, sew on patches , lacecut patches or appliques.

Woven Patches

The newest form of thread-made patches! Woven patches aren’t embroidered like traditional patches with stitches, but instead the threads are woven together to create intricate designs with a flat surface. Woven patches differentiate from embroidered patches in that they show small detail and lettering. We can finish each patch with stitched or merrowed border. Woven Patches provide greater detail, crisper lettering and thiner lines. Woven patches are close to protographs.

Appliqués/ Pennbroidery

Cut-out patches that fit the shape of your logo! If the traditional circular or square look isn’t for you, than an appliqué is the way to go. An appliqué is an embroidered patch that has been intricately cut-out into unique shapes and sizes, creating a direct-embroidered look for less! You can design your own image or have our art department sketch for you. You have a choice of heat seal or iron on backing and there is no minimum!
