Embroidered Patches:	stitched emblem available in a variety of shapes, sizes, thread colors and fabric colors. Have a 3D feel and classy look.
Woven Patches:	allow for added detail that may be lost in an embroidered patch, including small lettering. Thinner and more flexible than standard embroidery.
Digital print:	digital image is heated onto the fabric so that it actually becomes part of the fabric itself. Perfect for detailed logos with multiple colors.
Flame Retardant Patches:	approved flame retardant emblems utilizing 100% Dupont Nomex® fabric. Manufactured on fire retardant backing Kermel and Indura fabrics.
Reflective Patches:	designed to protect in poor visibility environments using special reflective thread and backing.
Appliqué Patches:	looks and feels just like direct embroidery, but it’s actually a hand-cut emblem that can be heat sealed or sewn on to garments.
Epaulette Patches:	military, cruise ship and service shoulder patches.
Blank Patches:	We manufacture Bordered Blanks, Blank emblems, and Embroidery blanks to order for all your special needs.

Embroidery Coverage

Embroidery Percentage

Percentage of embroidery is determined by the amount of surface area on the custom embroidered patch that is covered by thread. The following diagrams can help explain embroidery percentages:

Embroidery coverage defines the amount of embroidery across the entire surface of a patch.

We base our embroidery percentages upon 2 basic amounts:
Up to 75%, and 76%-100%.

If unsure about the coverage of your patch select 100% embroidered.
